Participants must be currently enrolled in a university located in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, or any country that is a party or signatory to the Budapest Convention at the time of the qualifier in February 2026.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Students who graduate after February 2026 but before the final event in August are still eligible to participate.
The organizing committee must comply with all applicable international regulations, including restrictions related to sanctioned regions. Certain applicants from fully sanctioned jurisdictions may be subject to participation limitations as mandated by global cybersecurity and compliance policies.
Participants must register using their official university email before the published registration deadline.
Registration confirmation—and later, finalist selection notifications—will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
The username and password created during registration will be used to access both the online qualifiers and the in-person final event.
Multiple registrations (e.g., using multiple email addresses) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
Registration rights are non-transferable; participants may not assign their registration to another individual.
